Hi, I’m Denise, and I’m passionate about making homeownership dreams come true. As the President & CEO of Richardson Mortgage and a seasoned Mortgage Loan Originator, I’ve had the privilege of guiding countless clients through the mortgage process. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping people cross the finish line into homeownership.
My journey in finance began in the automobile industry, where I worked as a Finance Director and Manager, gaining valuable experience in lending and numbers. But my true passion has always been helping families build financial stability through homeownership. That passion led my husband, Todd, and me to start Richardson Mortgage together,a company built on expertise, integrity, and a commitment to providing a seamless mortgage experience for our clients.
Todd and I met in the industry, but what truly brought us together was our shared vision for business and the desire to build something meaningful side by side. We both knew we wanted to create a company that prioritizes relationships, provides expert guidance, and helps people achieve their financial goals through homeownership.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me in the gym, constantly striving to improve, or spending time with our two amazing kids, Alex and Avery. We believe in pushing ourselves to be 1% better daily, whether in business, fitness, or life.

Todd Richardson

Hi, I’m Todd! I’ve always been passionate about real estate, building businesses, and helping people create financial stability through homeownership. As the President & CEO of Richardson Mortgage, I work alongside my wife, Denise, to make the mortgage process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our clients.
Before diving full-time into real estate and mortgages, I spent 15 years as an IT Director at Fidelity. While I gained valuable experience in strategy, problem-solving, and operations, my true passion was always in real estate. My journey in real estate started back in 2008 when I bought my first investment property. That experience sparked a deep interest in real estate, leading me to become a licensed real estate agent. Over the years, I’ve gained a strong understanding of what it takes to buy, sell, and invest in homes, and I love using that knowledge to help others navigate their own homeownership journeys.
Denise and I met in this industry, and together, we built Richardson Mortgage to provide a client-focused, transparent, and expert-driven mortgage experience. We believe in putting people first, offering the best guidance, and making the dream of homeownership a reality.
Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and dad to our two amazing kids, Alex and Avery. Family is everything to me, and when I’m not working, you’ll probably find me in the gym or spending time with them. We believe in getting 1% better every day whether in business, fitness, or life.
